Sara Johnson, MetLife Fellow
Sara Johnson is a first grade teacher in Northern Virginia.
She graduated from the State University of New York College at Geneseo with a Bachelor of Science in Childhood and Special Education.
Sara also holds a concentration in Mathematics which led her to being certified in that field as well.
Since mathematics is such a strong passion for her, she will doing a research project this year concerning guided math groups as related to guided reading groups.
She will be conducting this research with kindergarten co-teacher and MetLife Fellow Sara Platt.
